Yep, yesterday I noticed my tank was at 75degrees. I had mistakenly forgot to plug the heater back in after I did my maintenance. Now I am waiting for ICH to set in.
I am going to re-do my electrical tonight, so this never happens again.

I chuckled at "75 degrees". I almost wiped out my 5 aquariums by leaving the sliding glass door open one night. The outside temperatire that night was nine degrees. The tank by the door has a heater set at 78 degrees, and the thermometer was reading at about 50 degrees. Fortunatley, I only lost 2 fish and 1 shrimp. It's been about 2 weeks since that happened. So far, I have lost one other shrimp.
